The centerpiece is the live homemade pasta station, situated in the open kitchen of the restaurant. An array of handmade pasta varieties, seafood, sauces, and seasonings are laid out for guests to freely customize their dish.
The chefs then showcase their culinary expertise, deftly handling the seafood, sautéing the ingredients, and seamlessly assembling the pasta dish - all within an impressive 15-minute timeframe. It is truly a captivating culinary performance, akin to watching a gourmet cooking show.

I personally sampled two pasta creations:
- Fettuccine with red shrimp, mussels, cherry tomatoes, basil, and tomato sauce - a refreshing and flavorful combination.
- Spaghetti with parmesan, truffle, and truffle paste - a decadent and velvety dish.
For the main course, the Filo Pastry Cod with Shellfish Sauce was exceptional. The cod had a wonderfully crisp exterior while maintaining a tender interior, complemented by a rich and creamy seafood sauce.
Rounding out the meal was the "A lux colada" dessert, which playfully evoked the flavors of a pina colada.
