Just visited Big JJ’s last month for dinner and here I am back for lunch! Upon arrival, a queue of 10+ is already formed - reasonable given the affordable yet delicious lunch options: I ordered the “老蘭嫩牛蔥油撈麵 Prime Beef with Scallion Oil & Soy Noodles” - using hanging tender, the beef flavour was extraordinary, and of course goes well with a aromatic & little sweet noodles. We also tried “珍姐咖喱羊排飯 Lamb Rib Curry with Rice” - first of all, the size was intimidating, chunks of meat but really tender
I ordered the “老蘭嫩牛蔥油撈麵 Prime Beef with Scallion Oil & Soy Noodles” - using hanging tender, the beef flavour was extraordinary, and of course goes well with a aromatic & little sweet noodles.
We also tried “珍姐咖喱羊排飯 Lamb Rib Curry with Rice” - first of all, the size was intimidating, chunks of meat but really tender and tasty. The curry was a HK x Thai yellow curry style with lemongrass & sweetness. Yum.
And of course, gotta go with their famous “Earl Grey Lemon Tea” or try the refreshing “Malaysian Golden Lime Juice”.
