brought my friend here to try a local cantonese noodles called cart noodles. First of all got a 菜蜜， which is basically a honey drink. I especially like the noodles here as they are very chewy. According to the name, it's hand shredded which gives it a good texture. I also recommend the tofu as it's marinated so that it's very flavourful. I especially like to he special sauce they use on all their noodles. It's a savoury and dense sauce that gives the soup base a very rich and deep flavour.
