To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近先知原來旺角T.O.P 樓上有一間幾唔錯嘅西餐廳，咁啱去旺角做facial 就試一試佢嘅set dinner。前菜係吞拿魚他他，用咗個雪糕筒裝住，睇落好得意。他他嘅味道偏酸少少，食落都幾開胃。是日餐湯係自家製洋蔥湯，入面放咗片烤過嘅芝士麵包。個湯超級好味，洋蔥燉到軟爛，加上芝士麵包吸左好多湯汁，配搭一齊食真係食唔停。主菜order左豬斧頭扒配焦糖蘋果，斧頭扒上面嘅Grill mark 好吸引，切開見到豬扒仲有少少肉汁，唔使點醬汁都唔會dry。最後嘅甜品upgrade左做甜品拼盤，款式都幾多，不過因為我本身唔係特別鍾意食朱古力，所以味道就唔評價啦。見到隔離枱慶祝生日，張枱上面有好靚嘅Happy birthday擺設，等我下次同人慶祝生日都book 呢間先！
