To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間蒸氣火鍋我一直想試好耐㗎喇，今日見收工得閒，同埋老婆一齊過去。一嚟我哋就先聽過侍應好詳細嘅講解，對每個餐嘅每個餸都好細心咁樣介紹。我哋聽完介紹之後，就決定揀咗一個中價餐。一嚟蒸左個蝦先，呢個蝦食第一啖就不得了，喺出邊食唔到嘅味道，佢仲有少少蝦子喺度，令到成隻蝦錦上添花。之後就到鮑魚同埋生蠔，個生蠔最令人有驚喜，食落去仲係好多汁。之後就上各種唔同嘅貝類貝類都零舍多汁都係出邊食唔到嘅名。個侍應哥哥特別提我哋，啲貝千祈唔好點豉油，唔係會掩蓋左啲貝嘅鮮味。事實上確實完全夠晒味。其他海鮮我地都非常之小心，唔會點太多豉油。最特別就係之後嚟嗰兩個蟹，一個係饅頭蟹，成個波咁，好多肉。另一隻係膏仔蟹，好多膏，超好食。之後食個粥，個粥真係不得了，吸收晒上面蒸海鮮嘅時候滴落去嘅海鮮汁，加埋啲配料，整到個粥非常好食，好夠味，食完啱啱好。最後最後仲送多兩碗燕窩糖水俾我哋，真係驚喜到不得了，亦都係非常好食，為呢餐作出一個完美嘅總結。
