To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日休息，同未來老公仔去旺角食lunch buffet. 自助餐時間由中午12點至下午2點半。話曬五星級酒店嘅buffet, 環境一流，地點好方便，朗豪坊上面，一出地鐵上三層就到，算幾就腳。食物唔係特別好多選擇，但係應份有嘅都有，生蠔，海蝦，青口，龍蝦仔。對比同星級酒店自助餐，種類差不多。味道方面，生蠔算鮮美，每人每次限取3隻。過左點半，就冇咩人排隊。刺身有三文魚，希靈魚，𩶘魚等，冇咩特別。熱盤正常，有咖哩供應。雪糕有movenpick, 甜品有各款不同種類嘅綠茶口味，算唔錯。總體來說，味道屬中上。恒生卡有72折，每人折左301. 價錢都算抵，會再食嘅！
