To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次嚟呢間酒店食lunch buffetOpen rice book 30% off 首先環境好舒適，員工服務態度好疫情下食物處理小心安全大部份食物都已經用兜裝好每人拎一兜，同埋都有保鮮紙蓋住感覺乾淨，值得一讚食物方面冷盤包括紐西蘭生蠔，蝦，青口，小龍蝦生蠔每人每次限拎3隻食左好多生蠔，肥美鮮甜蝦就普通，冇特別前菜試左鮮果薯仔沙律，中華沙律等味道都一般另外三文魚好鮮甜朋友食幾款壽司都ok熟食方面唔太多選擇試咗一個蒜蓉粉絲蒸魚柳幾好食一碗生菜豬紅生滾粥同埋鹹豬手都OK另外叫咗個即切美國牛扒就好硬完全食唔到中湯好好飲甜品方面試咗幾款全部都好難食唔推介食甜品總括埋單$295一個人有七折都幾抵食環境舒適不過熟食選擇唔太多如果鍾意食中菜就唔太適合了

味道都一般

另外三文魚好鮮甜
朋友食幾款壽司都ok

試咗一個蒜蓉粉絲蒸魚柳幾好食
