To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由佢開業已開始幫襯,野食質素坦白講冇之前咁好。當日星期日,唔使等位嗱嗱臨見有位坐低,以為少人,點知越來越多,佢枱與枱之間又近,呢樣真係非常唔好。食物整體都接受,最好食奶黃煎堆,但已經冇之前咁熱辣辣好味,蝦餃燒賣馬拉糕不過不失,但見佢員工質素有返少少改善。
