個幾月前食咗 寿司源 sushihajime lunch omakase,終於的起心肝寫review .話說呢間嘢係元朗三大出名嘅 #廚師發辦 .環境,比另外兩間光猛、闊落,唔係黑麻麻咁,坐得好舒服服務,都係殷勤同nice嘅,廚師都會主動同你講解傾同聽你意見食物,都算係幾好,今次試咗$500 set最有印象嘅幾款有#深海池魚刺身 剁成細粒上,咸咸香香又重魚味有隻活貝,好似係石垣貝,唔記得左活生生,撻幾下,先食,爽口鮮甜#牡丹蝦 配燒蝦膏一入口重口味嘅蝦膏好香濃,再食落去嘅牡丹蝦鮮味慢慢滲出,仲要係好漿口嘅口感,食完好有滿足感#中拖羅肥美無筋入口即溶我想去試多次食$300 set,咁就可以apple to apple同另外兩間比
