Theone上面的餐廳都坐擁超級開揚的景觀,餐廳樓底好高,採光度非常好,weekend的午市幾乎坐滿😆 坐出面飲下野都好chill。估唔到星期六日都有做lunch set,價錢非常親民,三百幾就可以!想選擇好d的main都可以加小小錢。

✅✅Roasted lobster tail with dill pesto linguine. 呢個龍蝦尾超級好食🥹 要加錢都值得!用牛油煎香,肉質非常結實彈牙,咬落好實在,啖啖肉🤩 味道好鮮!底下的linguine用帶淡淡青醬味道,唔會好草青味。意粉煮得啱啱好😝

✅✅Flat iron steak, foie gras de canard terrine.雖然牛扒只有2舊,但外層陣陣焦香,入面保持粉嫩,熟度剛好。肉質細膩,組織好密,好嫩,係一舊無咩油脂但主要感受肉嫩的扒😚配小小鵝肝食味道重好多,雙重享受😎 紅酒鴨醬薯蓉就正常吧!

✅salted egg yolk bread & butter pudding with macadamia icecream. 底下墊住鹹蛋黃千層糕咁,食到鹹蛋黃沙沙的質地,味道突出,所以顯得上面的butter pudding存在感好低。雪糕有粒粒果仁🤓

質素出奇地好,又頭盤到主菜都幾出色,係甜品普通左d🙈 龍蝦同牛扒都好食!試過lunch覺得可以再戰晚餐,氣氛應該會仲好😉
