The Steak Room位於尖沙咀嘅1881,係由Intercontinental 嘅廚師主理嘅扒房,係食之前我嘅期望值已經相當高😋 餐廳環境走復古嘅歐陸風格,採光相對氛暗,唔知係咪因為咁所以餐廳安排左我地坐係露台。我地食嘅當日附近裝修緊,有唔少嘈音,而且太陽亦keep住曬住,係用餐體驗上扣左少少分。我地當日係去食個個set lunch($538), 成個set包左前菜,餐湯,Main同dessert, 性價比相對較高😋由於餐廳最出名嘅係牛扒,我同朋友都揀左一份Rio Eye, 再加左鵝肝做side dish($80).Appetizer前菜賣相已經非常精緻吸引💓按順序分別係蟹肉沙律, 北海道帶子同牛肉他他。蟹肉沙律味道鮮甜,調味得宜;北海道帶子煎得微微焦香,下面加左一啲焦糖化左嘅菠蘿,令味道更清新;呢度嘅牛肉他他同其他地方唔同,以芒果汁取代左蛋黃佢調味,成個口感非常新鮮😋Soup of the Day 今日嘅餐湯係龍蝦湯,真係令人非常驚艷😍龍蝦湯煮得非常濃郁,每一啖都鮮味十足,超級好飲😋Main Dish - Rib Eye Cap重頭劇當然係肉眼扒喇😋係上菜前waiter攞左十

Main Dish - Rib Eye Cap
重頭劇當然係肉眼扒喇😋係上菜前waiter攞左十款鹽向我地逐一介紹,連送牛排食嘅mustard sauce都有成十款以上,真係令人花多眼亂🤣rib eye我就揀左medium rare, 食落口感冇想像中咁嫩,但都已經相當唔錯,每一啖都食到牛扒嘅肉汁,味道算係中上😋個set跟左薯條同大啡菇做side dish, 食到呢度已經8成飽。

Dessert - Cinnamon Pear Tart with Rum Raisin ice cream
最後甜品係一個非常精緻嘅梨tart❤️相對平時食開嘅蘋果tart, 梨tart味道偏甜,食落有淡淡嘅玉桂香,同rum酒雪糕亦非常夾。

整體而言,成餐飯由餐前嘅麵包到最後嘅甜品都非常出色,lunch set嘅價錢可以話係性價比非常高❤️可惜嘅係環境上扣左少少分。
