I had been a patron of this restaurant since the days of June (same location, former owner).  It was one of the favourite haunts of Japanese expats in HK.  The place serves one of the most authentic Japanese food and I always loved this place.  But recently, I'm not sure whether it has to do with insufficient staff on the floor, or insufficient cooks in the kitchen, it takes quite a while to serve food (and drinks).  I feel bad for what has become of the once top-notch service, but with an elderly who's constantly asking when food will arrive, and a toddler who can't keep still, I found myself constantly pleading for food to be served quicker.  At times the waitresses become less patient and more agitated than I that I have no choice but to keep quiet.  The food quality has dropped a bit...  and I wouldn't say it was value for money.  
But back to the main point...  Due to the wait and the constant need to chase for food, I doubt I will go there as often as I used to anymore.  Real shame because this restaurant was once a favourite of mine.
