入到去完全冇表情同佢講幾多個之後完全唔想答我,只係指我其中一張枱。坐咗落去之後不停問我有冇book位,我話冇跟住又冇理我,都算,未等齊人我已經order晒全枱嘅嘢食,知道係星期日大家都趕,其實我哋都食得好快35分鐘已經還枱,之後都費事勞煩佢地過嚟結賬,行去佢度比錢,小朋友突然之間要去洗手間,俾完錢等小朋友去廁所,想坐返喺個位度都叫我起翻身,仲話:我要比張檯人坐,其實出邊完全冇人等位,我知我係生客,咁咪起身。其實可以喺外面寫清楚,要訂位才可進入。

近月光顧了3次晚餐,真的一次比一次失望,近年香港日本料理越開越多,普遍質素已經上升了很多,像這家家庭式經營的日本餐廳,已經不能跟市場上比較,此餐廳食物質素非常一般,雖然有日本師傅,但只是茶餐廳質素,魚生不新鮮,擺盤如垃圾桶,熟食一樣欠佳,最基本咖喱飯,天婦羅也是非普通,可能從前北角有很多日本人居住,有回家感覺,但按目前的水準,要競爭下去,恐怕非常困難,幸好在城市花園,不值得推薦,不值一顧,但希望也與時並進!

某日的中午比較閒,決定行遠少少尋食。當我行入了城市花園道,我被路邊牆上的一個小招牌吸引住了。這是一間只有日文名稱的日本餐廳的招牌,名叫《自然や》。好奇的我就決定去拜訪一下。而地點,都幾隱蔽架,我要行到城市花園的住宅區內,行到海邊的那一列大廈,才給我看見這一間《自然や日本料理》。價錢在我 budget 以內啊,就決定入來吃一餐好的,據說是旅海日僑開的日本料理店。我一入來,就得到熱情的招待,也感覺到身在日本某餐廳的一樣,只是服務我的變成了說廣東話服務員。而我一個人來,就立即被安排坐上 sushi bar,面對暮壽司師傅品味美食。當日,我本想吃一份刺身,但因為我點的定食實在太豐富,便取消了這一個念頭。我點的豐富定食,是雞唐揚げ定食。大大碗飯,有茶碗蒸,再配上湯同前菜,是簡單而豐富的一份套餐。我的定食,由味噌汁開始,豉味濃郁的味噌汁,味道不會太咸,不攪拌也不會很快就沈澱。雖然沒什麼佐料,但以純麵豉加點點的蔥花去製湯,純麵豉的味道,是不錯的。其中一個前菜是一小件的油豆腐。最正的,就是這豆腐吸收晒所以既汁,一咬入口,竟然有爆汁既口感,很是美妙。茶碗蒸,是一份遲來的茶碗蒸。原因就是餐廳最後先補上這美

茶碗蒸,是一份遲來的茶碗蒸。原因就是餐廳最後先補上這美妙炖蛋,店方蒸唔切所以遲來。亦因為咁,我吃到一份是剛蒸好的茶碗蒸。吃入口時是份外的嫩滑啊。

主是,是雞唐揚げ。店方細心把雞件切成5塊再炸 (是事先切好再炸而不是一般的炸好再切) ,令到每一件雞都被炸粉包裹著,保證雞肉的鮮味同肉汁得以保留在內。入口,外層薄而脆,雞肉多汁而嫩滑,點一點沙律醬後再伴飯,更佳。

整個感覺,好像是去到了日本住宅區內,本地人才會光顧的食店一樣。而此店亦如我所說,來者都是附近住客,偶爾也有像我一樣,在附近工作的人士來臨。好味道的街坊日本料理,好自然,會是北角街坊及旅港日僑食日本菜的好地方。

個人最欣賞佢哋麵豉湯,真正鰹魚煮出嚟再加入日本蘿蔔,

今次午餐主菜食南蠻炸雞,出奇地有少少失水準,雞肉唔夠入味,沙律都仲濕濕地。

最後加返個炸蠔氹自己開心,新鮮熱辣大大隻so nice

今日剛好要去北角做野,自己一個行經城市花園附近,見到呢間位置唔起眼的日本餐廳,見佢望落都乾淨企理,決定入去試一試。入到去其實鋪內都唔細,座位都算闊落,坐得幾舒服。Menu 亦有好多選擇,咁岩今日想食天婦羅,所以睇下有咩定食岩。點知呢個時候就有店員拎住個模型定食黎sell 今日嘅特色便當,$160,有天婦羅、刺身、豚肉、、麵豉湯、燉蛋...好多款式好豐富,所以就決定揀佢。個便當等左大約15分鐘就到,天婦羅淋左d燒汁上去,所以變得冇咁脆口,刺身雖然得幾塊,但都相當新鮮。豚肉和炸三文魚腩味道都正常,不過不失。最驚喜就係個薯蓉和燉蛋,好好味!整體來講,呢個午餐好豐富,可以食到咁多款式滿足我嘅口癮,而且味道唔差,服務都好好,會定時加茶。

As a Japanese living in Hong Kong, definitely the important place to enjoy authentic Japanese style Curry Udon. My favorite is beef curry noodle, and with thick udon noodle properly arranged with soba-ya type curry soup, makes me realize that this is really Japanese. The atmosphere is pretty much an izakaya, so not a fancy place but cozy enough to visit with friends. Other menu including sushi and seafood bowls also are recommended. Worth coming to Fortress Hill.

散々飲んで、食べた後にカレーうどんで〆めしようと、大勢で閉店1時間前に来店。調子に乗って、チキン南蛮、牛タンの塩焼き、トマトサラダ、ネギトロ巻き、カレーうどん、あんかけ焼きそば、冷麺と大量に注文。頼んでおいて、食べ切れる気がしなかったけど、結局完食。なぜなら美味いから。付け出しが旨いのなんの。香港を去る前にまた来たいと思える店。

難得閒日有假放,做返次跟得夫人送先生返公司🥰好羨慕佢喺炮台山返工,附近就已經有好多好嘢食,處理完私人雜務之後,到我享受下一個人嘅午餐。喺附近行咗陣,俾呢間日式餐廳嘅門面吸引到,好似去咗日本街頭咁,店內裝修亦好有日本居酒屋嘅感覺,更估唔到咁靚嘅餐廳,價錢居然相當實惠。午餐有唔少選擇,無論定食、烏冬、丼飯定壽司,都一應俱全,而且價錢相宜,絕對唔會令人肉赤👍🏻附帶烏冬同小鉢,小鉢係漬海帶,味道酸酸甜甜,好開胃👍🏻魚生飯材料豐富,有三文魚、帶子、蝦、蟹柳、八爪魚、飛魚子同吞拿魚蓉,材料新鮮上乘,清甜肥美😋附帶嘅烏冬亦唔細,絕對唔會餓親。返工忙咗成朝,只能夠利用午餐嘅時間忙裏偷閑,如果能夠享用到咁豐富嘅午餐,必定覺得元氣滿滿♥️

難得閒日有假放,做返次跟得夫人送先生返公司🥰好羨慕佢喺炮台山返工,附近就已經有好多好嘢食,處理完私人雜務之後,到我享受下一個人嘅午餐。
喺附近行咗陣,俾呢間日式餐廳嘅門面吸引到,好似去咗日本街頭咁,店內裝修亦好有日本居酒屋嘅感覺,更估唔到咁靚嘅餐廳,價錢居然相當實惠。

附帶烏冬同小鉢,小鉢係漬海帶,味道酸酸甜甜,好開胃👍🏻魚生飯材料豐富,有三文魚、帶子、蝦、蟹柳、八爪魚、飛魚子同吞拿魚蓉,材料新鮮上乘,清甜肥美😋附帶嘅烏冬亦唔細,絕對唔會餓親。
返工忙咗成朝,只能夠利用午餐嘅時間忙裏偷閑,如果能夠享用到咁豐富嘅午餐,必定覺得元氣滿滿♥️

帆立貝:未算十分新鮮清甜,不過厚切,口感份量十足,厚肉質感囉返啲分數

赤貝:係活赤貝不過唔係即叫即殺,有少少瓦色左,不過仍然爽口鮮甜,不過一定唔算上品

赤身:同樣厚切夠份量,要三四口先咬哂全部魚肉,魚肉未係最新鮮,有少少解凍水係碟,不過仍然算上品,食完仍然有回甘(本人十分鐘意食赤身)

鯛魚:本人少食白肉魚,未必中肯,不過冇乜味,冇乜口感,路過既感覺...

牡蝦:膠質重,唔算好甜,普通貨色

中拖:絕對係重點之一,有入口即溶感,魚脂分布平均,肉身厚簿適中,油豐而不膩,好食!

海膽軍艦:同樣份量十足,入口夠哂creamy感,冇一般人唔鐘意所謂既異味(其實係因為品種),不過亦都冇日本新鮮海膽鮮甜味,所以再次都係以量取勝。敗筆係紫菜,已經得過份,已經同隔離既三文魚子黐到密不可分,最後要用手分開。口感扣分

三文魚子:我最後用三文魚子收官,因為望落飽滿發亮,顏色偏深,估計應該有醬油漬既三文魚子,食落果然冇左平時魚油既重口味多返一重厚實溫和既醬油香。讚
不過同上,紫菜既問題扣左分

值得一提既係,盤邊既芥末係有兩舊,有一舊係生磨既芥末,正!

等等...原來唔係好夠飽,記起有期間限定
所以同場追加一份鰻魚豆腐唐揚

豆腐滑而有豆香,中間夾住一小塊鰻魚,上面有蔥花同辣蘿蔔茸,重點係紫菜!竟然又係紫菜,不過今次既紫菜係有上薄粉炸過,香脆咁包住上面既一切,再伴上濃既鰹魚湯(汁?),成件事無論口感同味道都好好,樣樣野都好夾,呢味菜既紫菜成為重點,令我有啲懷疑上面壽司既敗筆可能係我唔識食...鰻魚?唔記得左有(笑)
