The noodles were standard and there were no options to have the noodles being more chewy or soft, i.e. no customization. Both the shio and shoyu ramen came with a few pieces of pork but it wasn't mindblowing, pretty standard as compared to other ramen places. The shio and shoyu ramens didn’t have that big of a difference either, as the taste of both the soup bases were very similar. The chicken karagge was also just mediocre, not impressive. It was just pieces of fried chicken that happened to come with a mustard dressing. The chicken was cooked properly and juicy but the pieces were very big. The chicken could come in smaller pieces which would have been more ideal.
