Had an amazing feast at Bedu last weekend!I love everything in their LAND & SEA selection! 🐑 Rack of lamb - incredibly tender with a perfect pink centre😍 🍗 Cumin roasted chicken skewers - their bright bold flavours perfectly balanced by the spread of hummus underneath. The texture was perfect as well! 🦐 Garlic prawns - so bouncy and fresh, and they gave us 5 huge pieces!And of course, it can’t be a proper Middle Eastern meal without HUMMUS! Their hummus is amazing! As for dessert, so glad that I decided to try their Babka! It had a buttery cake-like texture, the airy feel of fresh bread and delicious intertwining chocolate swirls. Paired with chocolate cream and berry compote, absolutely amazing!😋😋😋

The Millefeuille was nice too and beautifully drizzled with warm caramel sauce when served! And I just couldn’t resist adding some of the vanilla ice cream from the Millefeuille to the babka😉Highly recommend this combo!
