To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Missing so long for egg custard bun so much, almost the best i’ve tried, top favorite food here, for quite long a while didn’t eat here, missing quite! After renovation, it should be done for few years ago, the environment is so neat and comfortable here, feeling home here(;Egg Custard Bun is the one i missing most, the color has changed to a yellow one haa, the size is still the same though the bun layer seems become thicker, it used to be so thin, and less custard sauces insides, it used to me

Egg Custard Bun is the one i missing most, the color has changed to a yellow one haa, the size is still the same though the bun layer seems become thicker

, it used to be so thin, and less custard sauces insides, it used to melt outsides, the quality seems less good as i think sadly honestly, used to be the best egg custard i ever tried saddd but it still a good one, just not in masterpiece level, a bit disappointed
