Honestly, the seasonal menu dumplings are really really yummy. Today we have Sichuan pork dumplings. it has traditional Sichuan style (peppercorn). And its such a bargain as well. $63 for 10 dumplings! Highly recommended to those who like the favor of peppercorn. Sukiyaki Beef is basically beef dumpling. Since the main ingredient is great beef. Black & White Truffle with pork dumpling is  also a must try. Half of them are white truffle and another half are black truffle. I like the white truffle more since the white truffle is rare.

The chef is so smart to pair soft boiled egg with truffle cream. It can't go wrong. The little runny egg yolk goes stright to my taste buds and hits and send wave to my heart.

Wow, I have to mention these lovely tangy chilly oil. They enhance the overall tasting experience a lot.
