This nice teppanyaki place is located in Sham Shui Po!We had a nice refreshing salad as the appetiser, followed by 4 different sashimis! consisting of pagrus major, splendid afonso, and japanese amberjack! They all taste very fresh and nicely flavoured! not overpowering seasoning and can still sense the freshness of the fish! Next we have abalone! the abalone is flavorful, have a nice umami flavor and not fishy at all! a good combination of fresh abalone and nice seasoning, definitely one of the dish of the night!
We then got served with the lobster. The meat is tender, buttery, and definitely well seasoned! this is my favorite dish of the night, its definitely great mix of flavour in this lobster!
Then we are served with the foie gra toasts and sliced beef! Both have rich flavour, very tender, and melt in your mouth! The strong flavor of the foie gra is balanced with the toast served along with it, and the sliced beef have a strong natural beefy flavor, but its also not bland! so its very enjoyable experience with these two dishes.
We ended the dinner with fried rice, miso soup and vegetables! its a nice refreshing ends to end the meal!
