as a "ga gi nang" our standard for chiuchow food is pretty high (especially when it comes to lo shui). have tried many places in hk and most of them is not comparable to the lo shui in chiuchow. expect for this place.. the foie gras is to die for!! literally melts in the mouth. although its slightly on the pricey side ($300 for one) nevertheless should get it when you have a group over for dinner. also tried their gizzard and goose slice is decent and fragrant.. dont feel thirsty afterwards.
