My friend asked me to join him for cycling at Tai Po this morning and after our session ended, we went to a nearby place for lunch. Congee with pig intestines - The chef was generous with the portion of the ingredients, with pork meat, liver, kidney and heart etc in it. Congee was boiled till thick in texture and smooth, with those pig intestines fresh in taste and chewy, good for pig's intestines lover.

Pig liver and pork ball congee - Congee was cooked till smooth also, served hot. Pig liver was chewy and pork ball was handmade, thus it was very chewy and juicy, fresh in taste.

Rice roll with pig liver - Rice roll was smooth in texture, generous in portion. Pig liver was chewy and juicy, with soy sauce added onto the rice roll, enhancing the taste.
