To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Ye Shanghai for us dates back to when they were still in Harbour City, so we have good confidence in their food and service from other branches! Their peking duck is really high standard, the skin is perfectly cut to proportion, so thin, it cracked like a piece of chips! With a second dish with fried sprouts, I think it was a good value of $650! The sour and spicy soup had a well balance of flavours, the adults definitely enjoyed it! The sour and spicy soup had a well balance of flavours, the adults definitely enjoyed it!

We also ordered a wonton chicken soup, there was half a chicken which boiled down to the nice broth! It was very light but at the same time very flavourful.

This old brand never fails, the service is on point too!
