Ye Shanghai for us dates back to when they were still in Harbour City, so we have good confidence in their food and service from other branches! Their peking duck is really high standard, the skin is perfectly cut to proportion, so thin, it cracked like a piece of chips! With a second dish with fried sprouts, I think it was a good value of $650! The sour and spicy soup had a well balance of flavours, the adults definitely enjoyed it! We also ordered a wonton chicken soup, there was half a chicke

We also ordered a wonton chicken soup, there was half a chicken which boiled down to the nice broth! It was very light but at the same time very flavourful.
This old brand never fails, the service is on point too!
