Food: got the four course lunch menu. Amuse bouche was a lovely raw shrimp dish. For starters, tried the ouster and the hamachi. Oyster was nothing special and it looked kind of small. Would prefer if it was more plump. The tomato puree was very good though! The hamachi didn't have much flavour itself, so the sauce was vital. Environment: loved the decor of the place, thick carpets and high ceilings. Traditional feeling of a grand hotel yet it also felt clean and new
Service: the restaurant was quite packed for lunch today which might be a reason why service was slightly below standard. They were not that attentive, and they had forgotten to serve us drinks until we reminded them. When the waitress was serving us food, she accidentally knocked the napkin off my friend's lap and just decided to pick it up from the floor and put it back on my friend's lap my friend seemed rather shocked so the waitress must have realized the mistake and said would replace a new one. Unfortunately she never came back with a new one.
