Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境氣氛很好,初初感覺十分良好,音樂令人愉快,食物賣相不錯,可惜服務態度非常一般,不太禮貌,不感到被歡迎。負責我們的主力服務員款待客人的質素惡劣,請了這樣的員工令整個餐廳大為失色,不時大聲提及還枱時間,然而外面沒有人等候,不可能等待我們完成甜品嗎?甜品質素十分普通,得個樣!由於被催促地完成,也沒有心情欣賞了。幸好還有一個正常的經理為我們影相留念,但也不能挽回我對這間餐廳的評價,不會再去這一間餐廳了。
