To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期閒日同朋友食lunch環境: 一入到去左手隔離一對男女講野勁大聲 同之前去其他日式omakase 寧靜環境唔同 以為係單一客的問題 點解食到甜品 右手黎左枱熟客 講野仲大聲 好似係街市咁…我地唯有急急食完快d走…野食: 見好多好評 第一次食 但質素普通…壽司d飯好似除左醋就無乜落其他調味 同千両飯差唔多 魚生大舊厚切 但厚切唔代表好食…Overall 唔值500 一位性價比極低 師傅似新手 切魚都唔係好純熟咁 客人質素又差…所以唔會再食 食返800-1000一位的omakase質素會好d..

Overall 唔值500 一位
