Wanted to make a reservation initially for 12:30pm online, however lunch hour slot was not available hence I called to ask for more detailed information.The guy who picked up the phone was nice and helpful, he mentioned lunch time usually is better to walk in, I asked if booking at table at 12pm but arriving 10 to 15 min late would be ok as the distance from the office to the restaurant takes some time, he replied, it should be fine. (If he didn't say Ok, I would have booked another restaurant)

The guy helped to reserve a table at 12 very quick over the phone so all good.
The day going to the restaurant as expected we arrived late, luckily the place still had more than 10 tables empty, the lady who attended us wasnt really friendly, we said we had a booking for 12pm, she said oh we only hold the table for 5 min (5 min? seriously? usually restaurants will hold the table for 10 min, I think this should be improved), and we have to return the table after 1 hour, we agreeed and she asked us if we wanted indoors or outdoors.
Service was overall ok from ordering the menu until then we finish lunch, they didnt push to give back the table as it took some time to get the starter and the main (they were short-staffed).
Food wise..it wasn't impressive, it was pretty normal. Would recommend the cold cuts and cheese as starter.
