The last time I had Jian bing was when I was a kid living in Inner Mongolia for the summer. The last time I had Jian bing was when I was a kid living in Inner Mongolia for the summer. My aunt bought me this steaming package saturated with sauce, spring onion and crispy bo cui folded in the middle and I got incredibly excited when I realized that there was a jianbing store in HK.

I ordered the original in hope that I would be able to taste this miraculous thing I had when I was a kid and to be honest, it didn't live up to my memory. Nevertheless it was quite good though the bocui felt a bit old and next time if I order it I'll ask for more spring onions.
