DHYC Dim Sum Restaurant is an offshoot of a long-established legendary Chinese restaurant -益新美食館 Yinxin Restaurant, which is renowned for its authentic and nostalgic Chinese cuisine for the past 70 years and counting.
Modern in approach, and authentic in spirit, serving artisanal dim sum all day with some Cantonese staple dishes as night falls, this modern tea house takes the best flavors and combines them to make the old recipes new again!
