Was around Tsim Sha Tsui and spotted Bubbly Feast Hotpot that specializes in coconut chicken pot, which was exactly what I wanted to try.Coconut Chicken PotThe staff prepared the signature pot at the table. 4 fresh coconuts. 1/2 chicken. No MSG or extra condiments. The flavor of the soup all came from the chicken meat, coconut and water chestnut. Simple yet sweet and delish. Interesting enough, the free-range Wenchang chicken they used from Hainan also fed on coconut. Firm texture and rich chick
