To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試過同客0向呢度食lunch，但未試過打邊爐，今日第一次。d野食都唔平，但地方靜d，舒服d。湯底花多眼亂 ，乜鬼都有，超搞笑！都係叫番D大路湯底，雙拼沙嗲湯+蘋牛尾湯。無諗住豪食，所以叫普普通通，平平地0既野食就算！肥牛、肉丸拼盤、餃、菜拼盤等等。推介碟，可選生(蝦膠是未煮+油炸鬼，自己6熟食)或熟蝦膠十油炸鬼，即係就咁食都得，我地食熟0既，放湯6幾秒就入口食，食法有d似食魚皮，出奇好食 ！六條友，每人大約二百幾，OK 啦~
