The pho is not really authentic, but not bad. More like a HK style pho. Portion's just right for an adult female, but perhaps a bit too small if you are really hungry.The cold vermicelli dish is OK. I had the shrimps and pork chop vermicelli. Lots of pan fried pork chop pieces, but not very flavorful.Their rice dishes are much better. Nice and hot and decent portion. Their rice dishes are much better. Nice and hot and decent portion. Probably will go with the rice dishes next time.

The price is not cheap but not expensive either. For the view, not a bad spot for some quick vietnamese cuisine. The service is on the positive side too. Will probably revisit again if I need a quick bite around the area.
