行過皇室堡去睇戲,早到咗,肚餓就去隔離睇, 食壽司食到厭, 走開啲,新發現!間Pho24有三文冶! 試吓先!個經理話要三十分鐘左右.,好在有時間,冇問題啦!睇住佢地馬上做出嚟,好新鮮咁,我就試個招牌三文治啦!等冇多少時侯,三文治出爐! 一咬落去,口感好! 有鵝肝味!又香!真喺超好食!

九月八日 (星期四)是日約了舊同事吃午餐大家已分散各地,銅鑼灣是最適合不過的聚腳地最後選了此店,記得在i-Square也有分店問一問待應確認一下,我們的記憶力總算沒倒退地方頗大,人不多, 不訂位也沒問題而且環境不錯,可以坐得頗舒適人未齊,不等了,我們幾位先點菜午市套餐包主菜一款,可另加小食和飲品即將會去越南旅行,老公仔決定先試一下港式越南滴漏咖啡的滋味河粉略嫌有點稔,欠了點口感牛肉還是不錯的,頗煙韌,帶香濃的牛肉味湯底清香,亦帶點牛味豬扒頗厚肉的,但煎得頗到位熟了還能保持鬆軟的質感不過飯本身就有點保留已涼了,而且有久鬆軟,美中不足又名滴滴金,就是牛奶咖啡其使用的滴漏工具是一有乳的金屬器皿,因此不用更換濾紙下面用小杯接着一滴滴的咖啡隨餐附送的小食一般而已服務員着不要打開蓋,因咖啡味會散走待了十分鐘,一小杯精華終於聚集而成杯底己一早加入了鍊乳,攪拌後就可飲用除咖啡味濃郁外,味道偏甜,是老公仔喜歡的那種不知越南地道的滴漏咖啡又是怎麼味道呢...看來非試不可

今日一支公諗住吃碗越式粉,特別推介是蕃茄扎肉蝦蟹湯檬, 原價$68特價$48, 真係平嘢冇好?蕃茄好甜, 3只蝦-只有手指公塊指甲大小, 3塊半片扎肉--好精緻又係小小的, 湯聞到蟹味但吃唔到味, 味精好勁。而最勁係d粉, 應該係檬粉,碎到夾唔到, 要用湯匙吃的, 隔離枱2個鬼婆望住我碗嘢都擰頭, 幾搞笑, 又冇附上碟芽菜香葉,係杯青檸梳打正常, 埋單$73, 我諗都唔會再來囉。

Stepping into Summertime, i am in love with Vietnam cusisine (because some of them are really refreshing)

A first try here with the stunning Victoria park view overcasted.

Awkward feeling at first (since it is a new outlet there, staff there are so green and not well-trained in a sense-.-)


We ordered:
Deep-fried Spring roll with 'mong fun' : the portion is small i feel, not really fit for 2 (spring rolls are just so-so, not impressive at all)

New product launch - Foie gras club sandwich: Like trying something new. It was hot served and really nice. Meat was succulent! Could try the other two flavours as well.

Mojito drink: special drink and i feel the mint is pretty strong in flavour~it's okay!


In general, i guess i prefer another one in CWB, this is just fine to have chat with friends and enjoy the view but not the food.

老實說, 38元給你鵝肝你可以想象到有多少餓肝, 但打開個包….嘩!

好多餓肝! 我完全不能相像這餐廳如何正常營運, 但真系好多! 底! 這個Baguette把我低下的人格完全敗露, “回本”。
以前法文老師說過:”香港的baguette都很硬” 我想跟他說, “通常都很硬, 但這裡竟然很脆”。
我還記得我high school年代媽媽總會買個越南法包給我放學吃, 兩蚊加幣大大個, 香脆的baguette包著丁史禁多的扎肉, 不知名的香草加少許wasabi, 肚子餓絕對可以坎下兩個。
PHO24我一定會再來, 第1, 平! 實在多鵝肝到難以置信。
第2, 是越南的味道, 真的很正宗: baguette是個驚喜, 在香港吃過所謂的baguette真的…頹, 我忍不住問經理: “點解你們賣粉包會禁好食?”
她說: “我地集團有cake shop, 有師傅專門做餅…”
原來如此, 原來是有後台的……
那麼送的特飲又如何? 是杯金不換, 薄荷加香茅, 青檸水。

金不換沖野飲? 唔系馬! 侍應見我個樣有點雖, 侍應立即加句”可以走金不換的”
我見牠們這門有創意我便試試這奇怪組合, 是清新的, 但我不喜歡, 非常不喜歡。但青檸加黃檸檬呢下野真系好有心思, 但小弟喝不出味兒, sorry。

我女朋友的扎肉雞絲粉又如何? 我吃了半碗, 湯夠熱, 因為我吃了整個包喝了半杯特飲湯依然還是暖暖的, 才知道女朋友能吃得下炭。
扎肉普通, 雞絲okay, 重點在於湯: 加拿大吃的越南粉湯底是用烤牛骨牛肉熬出來的, 香港永遠找不到那種味道, 甚至之前在尖咀某酒店都令我失望。
但這次算是奇跡, 雖然不夠牛肉味, 所以湯不夠濃, 但深深感受到廚師的誠意, 我又要叫經理來: “請問系米牛骨湯底? 有無落味精?”
她說:”呀先生你真系識食, 我地用烤牛骨做湯底, 絕無味精, 我地….(10分鐘恭維說話)
怪不得生意不是那麼好, 還道出法包有超多鵝肝的道理。湯健康而且味道正宗但味道絕對不是被味精荼毒得味蕾痲痺已久的城市人所輕易接受的。童叟無欺的代價是”客少”
香草懂得分開上確是另一誠意, 金不換加刺芫茜culantro通常在香港local的越南餐廳是’炒埋一碟”, 現在看到, 香草們加上青檸, 生芽菜, 指天椒還有胡椒鹽都傳統地’四川化”: 分開一碟碟按客人需要自己調配。
其實把生芽菜直接放落熱湯內是個非常港式的做法, 就好像把wasabi放進豉油搞成cocktail一樣: 糟蹋。
或許’不適合”的裝修是幹掉生意的另一重主要原因: 越南曾是法國度殖民地, 頭頂有篇法文essay總算說得過去, 但其它找不到任何跟越南有相關元素的設計或擺設, 整齊簡潔十分舒服但很容易誤會入左大家快樂。
上網了解過, 原來這間越南餐廳有3間分店, 尖沙咀isquare都有…(系邊度?)
無論食物到服務都有95分, 可惜唱歌好未必紅得起, 但我一定會定期到銅鑼灣尋找童年的回憶。

這次去越南旅行有看到這家可是沒時間去嘗試。這次回港時很以外看到這家如此我立刻叫著要去這一家。我不太清楚為甚麼這家在越南會那麼的出名可是香港這家好難吃。本人叫了一個生牛肉湯粉,可是湯卻沒有甚麼特別味道。而且他們附上的芽菜好少喔。我們同時也叫了個 appetizer 拼盤可是都沒甚麼特別。還是我家附近的越南餐館好吃又便宜。

這個晚上獨自去醫肚,記得曾經在雜誌上看見這裡的生牛河推廣,趁機會去試食。餐廳面積很大,設有户外露台,平日晚間人客熙少,我自己佔用一張四人枱,叫了一碗生牛肉河和一杯蓮子薏米糖水。清湯生牛肉河有五六片牛肉,送到時己經全熟,同時附有一碟香葉芽菜,一瓣青檸檬和辣椒碎,我將所有配料,包括辣椒碎全加到湯裡,吃到最後不經意喝下辣椒,即時狂咳不止,侍者看見我的情況,馬上送上一杯熱茶,這一餐太刺激了!蓮子薏米糖水,味道不太甜,可惜蓮子炆得不夠,唯一特別之處是有爽口的蓮藕片。

今日同男朋友去到依間野,因為見無咩人,個帶位幾nice,一入去就有位,之後同男朋友叫左個2人餐,都幾抵,本身都覺得唔錯,但問題就黎啦,我地隔離埋單,因為我地個位同收銀都幾近,之後見到收銀個女人黑面咁同佢同事好大聲講左聲"痴線",就同佢個男同事拎住張意見書睇指住佢地(每張table 都有一張),雖然唔知佢地寫咩,但係話明意見書,人地一定係有覺得有改善先叫你寫ga 啦,所以依間野就係唔洗等位ga 原因囉.....無改善唔會進步....唔洗等位都唔會食囉,咁對客人!!!

PHO24位處皇室戲院旁,享有一定地利優勢。從門外望入不是很大,但原來內有干坤,桌子與桌子間空間不少。小吃小食數款及牛湯河。先來鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷,賣相一般,米紙卷內有紅蘿蔔、芽菜、鮮蝦、豬肉等饀料,味道淡而無味。牛油雞翼味道似香矛蒜香雞翼多一點,欠缺牛油香味,亦炸得老火了一點。越式炒油墨菜以蒜蓉魚露調味,選材味道OK,油墨菜挺脆口。最後是牛湯河,先淡湯底,從餐牌得知PHO24的意思是湯底用24種材料製成,但吃後不覺得有任何特別,亦未見得特別好食。湯河口感都算滑嘅,厚薄適中。牛同樣未見特別。晚市座位不滿,是有原因的。同區其他越式餐廳如清亭好多了。P.S. Citibank咭八折。

Walking in was quite impressive - the restaurant was actually quite spacious with a small outdoor area. We ordered raw beef noodles, cold vermicelli and rice paper roll.Soon after, we got our raw beef noodles. Beef was served on a separate plate, so I started to put the beef into my noodle soup. Soon after, a waitress came by with another beef noodle soup but we told her it was not ours. Within one minute the same waitress comes back and takes my plate of raw beef away without saying anything!!

Soon after, we got our raw beef noodles. Beef was served on a separate plate, so I started to put the beef into my noodle soup. Soon after, a waitress came by with another beef noodle soup but we told her it was not ours. Within one minute the same waitress comes back and takes my plate of raw beef away without saying anything!! Just mumbled something like it's not the right beef noodle!!! I was in the midst of mixing up my beef with the noodle soup, getting ready to eat. I was really shocked!! This waitress then went on to do other things leaving me very confused. I called her over and asked where is my beef?? She said it's the wrong beef and that my beef noodle soup was right in front of me! I said where is my beef then?? I said I have 1 slice of beef in here which I took from the plate you snatched from me. By then I was furious because she had no idea what she was doing or what I was talking about. I called the head waitress over and complained my beef was taken away and what I have left is just a bowl of noodles. She then realized what I was talking about and apologized and came back with a new bowl of beef noodle.

Apparently there are 2 types of raw beef noodles and one cost $70 and the other was cheaper. I ordered the cheap one but was by mistake served the expensive one. So instead of letting me continue to eat the noodles which I had already started, they decided to take a half used plate of raw beef to reuse in the kitchen or throw away. Amazing!!

Absolutely shocked at what happened here. Plus the pho soup was tasteless and there was just 2 very thin and small pieces of beef in the soup.

Will never go back. Very disappointed with all restaurants of JC Group. I was given a $20 discount off my beef noodle for the inconvenience. Shocking. Will never go back. Expensive for what you get.
