今晚去九龍城食飯,周圍好多餐廳,行行吓見到一間日本餐廳,門口裝修得好靚,入去試吓😄餐廳主廚係日本人,原來這裏是Omakase串揚料理,座位也很舒適,氛圍令人置身在日本。炙燒鰹魚~這道菜用上了新鮮的鰹魚,然後用火炙燒,內裡仍然保持著鮮嫩的口感。火炙拖羅紙菜~入口即溶,充滿魚油香味,加上外面薄脆紫菜,超正。甘鯛立鱗燒~這道菜非常特別,魚鱗炸到脆卜卜,魚肉保持鮮嫩,高水準之作。炸魷魚,上面鋪滿魚子,魷魚保持濕潤,配上魚子,讓這道菜變得更加豐富。炸洋蔥~非常香脆,口感非常好。還有和牛粒+茶漬飯。和牛粒肉質鮮嫩,完全冇揸,配上味道較淡的茶漬飯,簡直天衣無縫。最後配上蜜瓜甜品做結尾,呢一餐非常完美。
