I always had a hard time choosing my main course as both the Iberico Pork and the Omi wagyu (supp. $388) were really good! The wagyu is perfectly cooked to give a beautiful pink color lined by the fat layers, making it really tender and juicy.

Aside from Cannubi and Sushi Wadatsumi, Tirpse is another of my go-to restaurants in K11 Musea.
I always had a hard time choosing my main course as both the Iberico Pork and the Omi wagyu (supp. $388) were really good! The wagyu is perfectly cooked to give a beautiful pink color lined by the fat layers, making it really tender and juicy. Their starters were also pretty nice, especially the first one consisting of a very fresh sweet shrimp sashimi topped with salmon roe and based with a mango salad. Very refreshing indeed.
I do want to point out that it’s a bit weird to present mac & cheese as a side of the main course at a Japanese x French fine dining restaurant, but it did taste good.
They also have a beautiful terrace where you can grab a drink while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour after the meal.
