今日出左office 拍野,未到7點出門,拍到9半先有得收工,真係攰到崩潰,當然要食好西發洩兼cheer up 自己!!!於是港島區地膽同事就話去登龍街食沾面喇!!!沾面我唔算成日食,因為成日覺得d 湯好肥好邪惡,但唔飲又好似唔多俾面haha, (ps 我食開炮台山日本人開果間,個老細會好熱情介紹野,係咁同你講oishi,親自幫你加湯)黎到三田製面所,一入黎就覺得佢果個俾師博企高一層,有塊玻璃隔住俾食客見到師傅係入面做造野既裝修好有趣,香港而家好少啦~~坐低就叫野食啦,見到個花椒沾面好有趣就叫左喇!一黎到見到好大範圍既紅色花椒,我唔敢輕舉妄動將佢"no"混,就咁放沾面落去,試少少,食落,佢唔係果種哽喉既辣,有少少麻,好香好濃味,仲有d 微粒既花椒好有口感,加埋好重既魚介香味,好濃郁,而湯入面亦有佢本身淆湯既肉,好林,我個人好喜歡,嘻嘻面方面,唔會痴埋一餅野咁,一條條,條地分明,質感厚實,有面香,而唔會好重面粉既感覺。i love it 😝根住就係雞翼!炸得好香,表皮脆脆地,d 胡椒係面有d 似孜然味,好鐘意❤❤❤❤蟹肉忌廉薯餅,炸得好香口,勁脆,入面既忌廉同蟹肉好夠熱,ichiban👍

呢到晚餐黎講咁既質素,嗌咁多野食,其實都算抵,寫寫下都覺得好肚餓好想encore 阿!!!
