Finally my turn to try out this hit item - Bake Cheese Tart! No need to queue up to get it in the early morning, luckily. Tart itself is cripsy enough as it's those cookie tart crust; the cheese mousse is very rich yet silky, with a little bit of salty taste. After a bite of it, those half-melted cheese are squeezing out. That texture is kinda like having some foam inside your mouth. The cheesy feeling is just really heavy and easy to make you stuffed. Overall, it did not surprise me that much though.
Just a little tip: highly recommended to try it warm. Just heat it up in oven if you fridge it already. The after taste will definitely lure you for more than when tasting it in room/ cooler temperature!
