Pear Charlotte?

Having nice deco does not mean you can charge any price.  The coffee is so-so but the pastries are really disappointing.My pear charlotte has a jellified mousse centre, soggy boudoir biscuits and a totally hard and inedible pear like fruit on top.  For $6X dollars, I can go to Robouchon, Petite Amanda, Laduree and have more pleaure in my purchase.Digging their own grave in my opinion.
