The Kagoshima A4 Wagyu Sando ($268) is neatly chopped into almost perfect cubes. With a crispy coating, the wagyu is cooked a perfect medium rare and bear a pleasant rosy pink centre, along with their secret Worcestershire sauce. The wagyu has an incredibly tender texture and super beefy and juicy. Slacking between two slices of chargrilled milk bread, this mouth-watering sando is flavourful and beautifully crafted. This is definitely love at the FIRST BITE!
