My second time here at Gin, to be honest I didn't enjoy my first time and that's when the head chef was there (strange enough). This time however I thought was a completely different experience. Appetizers were good, especially the one with caviar. An interesting box. The crab meat was amazing and the jelly I believe was some sort of apple vinegar or something was very refreshing indeed. I like it that some truffle pate has been put on the fish.

I've forgotten to take quite a few sushis as the chef was quite generous and has given us a bit more than he's supposed to.

The overall experience was very good. This place is probably not the most traditional sushi place you can find in town as the dishes were slightly tweaked to fit the local taste but who cares as long as it's delicious. I was very impressed this time and will definitely come again.
