Premium justified?

Yes, the food is good. But I still doubt whether the premium it charges can be justified. It certainly does not score any better in terms of environment. Service is good. On the other hand, you can find some other really strong competitors just around the corner in Kowloon City. My take is if you just want a good hotpot meal, but not necessarily some exotic meat/seafood, you will be better off going to the other famous hotpot restaurants in the same area. My take is if you just want a good hotpot meal, but not necessarily some exotic meat/seafood, you will be better off going to the other famous hotpot restaurants in the same area. So go to 輝哥火鍋only if you want to taste those exotic dishes (or top-of-the-line beef).
