Another ramen 🍜 restaurant hidden in the alley in wan chai, they have a range of ramen choices! Their snacks were delicious 🤤 loved the beef tongue 👅 & grilled shrimp 🦐 !! We picked their popular garlic ramen and their seasonal dipping noodles, two appetizers to begin with - beef tongue with carrots/ and Chinese carrots. Would love 💕 to try their sesame flavor ramen next time too!! As I see there are many good reviews on it too. Their beef choice was great as we can pick to have cha siu or pork in thick or thin option. Soup base wasn’t too salty, just right and perfect for girls - less oily and garlic was added which topped up the dish nicely! Overall, a satisfying experience with good and attentive service.
