It is always nice to have some delicious hot soup-based noodles during winter. After trying a very nice Thai boat noodles a few days earlier, we would like to try some Vietnam noodles.

Based on my friend’s recommendation, we went to Prime Pho. The restaurant is pretty small with less than 10 bar table seats a few tables only, so there is always a queue during lunch hours.

We ordered its signature Prime Pho, which has quite a lot of different ingredients such as the more traditional beef brisket, raw beef, and beef tendons. What is different is that they have also tripe and ox tongue which are not very common. The noodle is smooth, the soup is not bad, the beef is tendered, and the turnip is soft too: however, the tripe and ox tongue are not very special, so perhaps not a very good reason to order the more expensive prime pho.
