I was escorted to my table by the waitress at the Rosewood hotel, which is located by the stunning Victoria Harbour, around 8 pm on a Saturday evening. The spacious arrangement of tables provided a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

As a starter, I ordered a mix board (small) and steak tartare, along with a bottle of sparkling wine. The food and drink were served within 15 minutes, and the steak tartare was fresh and soft, complementing the dish were the toasts being served on the side. The mix board was also of decent quality, with the iberico ham being the highlight.

As I had already eaten a light bite before arriving at the restaurant, I didn't order any main dishes like steak, sea bass, or pork. However, the iberico pork loin looked tempting and juicy from the other table, and I plan to try it on my next visit.

After the starters, I ordered some tapas to pair with the sparkling wine, including grilled octopus, ox tripes, and meatballs. The grilled octopus was marinated in olive oil and garlic, with mashed potato underneath that complemented the delicate flavor of the crispy octopus.

The ox tripes had a juicy texture with gravy and a tender texture that required some chewing but was appropriate. I personally enjoyed it, but my partner found the rich meaty flavor to be a little too much.

The meatballs were a pleasant surprise, made of iberico pork, beef, and potatoes. They tasted much better than most Swedish meatballs but were a bit heavy. You may want to rethink ordering this if you have other main dishes in mind, or unless you have a big appetite.

Overall, the portion size of each tapa was larger than expected, providing great value for money and decent taste. I would rate my experience a 7.5 out of 10.
