Super worth Omakase in Wanchai! For an $880 omakase dinner, you can get 2 super special starters to begin, followed by a very fresh steamed egg custard topped with scallops and umami mushrooms. You then get 4 pieces of sashimi. I loved the seared flounder we had tonight! So smoky and oily in the mouth! The mini wagyu sukiyaki was also really good !!! The wagyu slices were tender and melted in the mouth!
Our meal was then followed by 6 types of sushi. I loved the toro and uni sushi the most! Everything was so fresh! I do need to mention in particular- the IROHA THICK SUSHI ROLL!!! Theres toro, uni, and a huge half cooked eggyolk inside! And we were told by chef to finish the whole roll in one bite to get the best experience! Man that was awesome!
Our meal came to and end with a nice bowl of hot soup and our dessert was freshly made Japanese shaved ice! The ice block was imported from Japan and the chef used an authentic Japanese ice machine to shave it in front of us! We could choose from matcha, brown sugar raindrop cake with mochi, strawberry, mango, melon, peach, mandarin and grape. We went with brown sugar mochi and the melon flavour and that was reallllly on point 🤤
Wonderful meal we had tonight 🤤🤤🤤🤤 and i must say, this is a very reasonable price for an omakase dinner with the amount of food we ate. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
