When I scroll the list of HK restaurant week picking one to go, Honjo caught my eyes. The service of Honjo is great. You are well greeted in the reception and arranged to seat. The renovation is also stylish and modern.But then, about the dish.... I think due to restaurants week setup, we cannot set high standards on the menu. Oyster - The best out of all dishes
And I didn’t go for the wine pairing as it do not look attractive at all. And i ordered a Chablis grand cru to pair with the oyster. And it is great. But the chablis is not cheap but might worth the price.
I might give it another try as I think its not fair to conclude a restaurant with those restaurant week offer, since the additional items seems way better than the other dishes.
