Catching the tail of restaurant week organised by @diningcity_hong_kong we came here @biancoandrosso.hk for lunch. A 3-course lunch here is just $198/person, although the portion should be smaller than usual. The quality here was unexpectedly outstanding, especially their baby chicken and dessert.🥂Beef TartareAdded confit egg yolk and Lilliput capers, I actually prefer pairing it with crackers than Melba toast as it’s too hard to chew. 🥂Beef Tartare
Added confit egg yolk and Lilliput capers, I actually prefer pairing it with crackers than Melba toast as it’s too hard to chew. But the taste of the tartare was quite good and had an aftertaste that I’ve never tasted before.

🥂Guindilla Chili Half Baby Chicken
This baby chicken was on top notch. The fermented lemon was not overly powering but was very flavourful. The chicken was also very soft and juicy which you will know when you cut it to half. Would really love to come here and try their whole chicken version.
🥂Sagabuta Pork Loin 200G
Topped with Basque Tximitxurri sauce that gave a very Mexican style, the pork loin was a bit dry but I think it’s challenging to make pork tasty. The broccolini on the side was fresh and the potato puree was smooth and creamy.
🥂Signature Vanilla Cheesecake
Loving the strawberry sauce that you need to pour it over the cake and the almond sable base was very nice. Only complaint is that the portion was too small for two people.
🥂Focaccia Pugliese
Complimentary starter to dip in the vinegar and olive oil with cherry tomato added.
.
The food quality was nice and service was not bad. One side note is that they took away our plates so quick without asking even though we didn’t finish the food. Not sure if it’s because that they need to close after lunch but the feeling was still not very good.
