To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店員主動安排我們坐窗邊位,面對維港。不過其實唔喺好靚。因為餐廳位置不高。餐具好靚擺放整齊我們六人安排坐了一張八人的枱,之後店員幫我哋收起兩位餐具。問了我們收那兩套餐具,結果收了另外兩套,店員好有禮貌,但係就發緊夢。黃金炸魚皮勁脆,但都幾辣椒鹽魷魚鬚新鮮炸起好好味黑胡椒大肉蟹,我自己覺得胡椒味太重,完全沒有蟹肉的鮮味。但是朋友們都覺得跟新加坡吃的味道好接近,好喜歡。星洲大肉蟹是我今晚最欣賞的菜式。咖哩好香濃,唔會太辣,不過蟹味也是欠奉。百合珍菌炒蘆筍,菌好爽口,整碟味道好好,好清新。煙燻片皮鴨,熱食嘅時候好味。但一涼了就麻麻地了。隻鴨好多肉,切開後的肉都好入味。煙燻片皮鴨配料這個薄餅餐牌冇的,要問店員,店員會在隔離泰國餐廳幫你order過來。不過是海鮮價,兩次order分別收不同價錢。菜遠牛肝菌豆腐,素菜菜色都做得幾出色。又一個服務問題,枱唔夠位放餸,店自己同自己講將兩碟合拼,便倒埋一碟。冇問過我們呢!唔同味喎!再另加一個服務問題,收碟時倒到我一手汁。總括,座位好舒適。員工有禮,但好論盡。食物中上。
