呢到嘅麵包係一大嚿嘅Sourdough,有麥香表面夠脆,不過有部分位置好似硬咗少少🤏 雖然麵包比較普通,但呢到係暫時我見過最多橄欖油選擇嘅餐廳!有4款由店員逐一介紹,睇返食客中意咩口味~

店員推薦下點的牛仔肉他他,有蕃茄,烏魚子同魚子醬作為配料。牛仔肉調味唔多,主要靠魚子醬增加一點鹹味。我自己就覺得調味比較普通,不過食材搭救。都好食不過就未到好impressed。

見唔少評論都話紅蝦好食,加上店員推薦就試一試!紅蝦係我好中意嘅食材,至於扭紋粉其實我都係第一次食。意大利嘅主食都係偏硬少少,呢個扭紋粉都無例外。醬汁中嘅番茄味同蝦味都好突出,扭紋粉很好地掛汁,底下嘅兩隻紅蝦仲擺成心形🫶 呢個first course好滿意啊~

呢到嘅Main Course都係二人份,如果想試多幾款就可能要叫tasting menu啦。但係呢個Main係比較失望嘅,因為中間有一條好粗嘅筋橫跨成件牛扒。佢味道係唔錯的,落咗好多香料同rosemary。但因為呢條筋,所以啲肉唔係好咬得開,實在無辦法享受成個過程。
店員知道咗之後都有同我哋解釋返可能因為呢個係Sirloin嘅位置,所以咁啱呢一塊有呢個問題。可能真係我哋唔好彩啦😮‍💨 店員都有提出換其他比我哋,不過食到呢到已經好飽所以就拒絕咗,最後就送咗個tiramisu比我哋。

食完Main之後就有店員推咗放滿芝士嘅餐車過嚟,對芝士認識唔深嘅不妨叫店員推薦一下!相比起soft cheese,我自己就比較中意食hard cheese。試咗4款芝士,個人比較中意橙色個隻cheese😛 店員仲放咗幾款果醬、蜜糖、脆餅等比我哋配搭芝士,個蜜糖超好食!

藏紅花甜品聽落已經覺得好特別,都係店員力推!我唔知藏紅花到底係咩味,不過就食到淡淡紅酒味同蘆薈味。幾特別,幾好食,但又唔算係我好中意嘅味道。

Tiramisu係傳統意大利甜品,旁邊配上咖啡沙冰。雖然係因為個main唔滿意而送嘅甜品,但相比Saffron Tartlet我更中意呢個tiramisu。味道唔太甜,中間蛋糕適當地有酒味。

👉食物:個牛扒有點失望,紅蝦扭紋粉都唔錯
👉服務:知道個牛扒有問題都有及時做補救措施,呢個應對都收貨。另外我哋食到成枱麵包碎,佢有條野專用來掃走,好細心啊👍 知道係生日都有個生日小驚喜,另外要讚個姐姐好落力幫我哋影相!
👉環境:Ritz Carlton環境真係無得輸,坐窗口位可以睇到無敵大海景~
