The suckling pig was perfectly seasoned, despite that it was crispy, but the disappointment came with it chewiness. And the sauce was always rather second-rated that it cost the perfectness of the suckling pig.

 After all, you can’t compare this with fine dining, however, 30 bucks for a suckling pig rice for lunch/dinner, I would die for it any day!
