Rude and unwelcoming

When I arrived at the restaurant, no one was standing at the reception area. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone noticed that there was a long queue at the entrance. When he finally came to attend to us, he decided to greet the rude lady (with no manners) who was second in line. When they finally attended to me, they told me they didn’t take down my booking. I called to book this restaurant a week ago. All they did was tell me to wait. Hence I have plenty of time to write this post.
