At the beginning we were excited to finally be able to try the pancakes. Upon walking into the shop we met the waiter there. The shop was small and quite empty, there were only two tables of customers and three empty tables left. The waiter was incredibly rude, treated us with 0 respect and threw the menus on the table. If the tables are booked the waiter could of simply said so, instead of giving us an annoyed look and rude behaviour. We were utterly repulse by this behaviour, and we left without eating anything.

Although I do not know the reason behind why the server was treating us the way she did, it’s quite unprofessional to be acting this way to customers.

I believe people would agree that food and service is important as it’s an experience all together, it’s a factor to whether you’ll revisit the shop or not. Well this would just be my opinion, as everyone is entitled to their own. However, the experience that I have had here was intolerable.

A word of advise, if there are other choices nearby, I’d say go to another shop. At least have your money well spent with similar food quality and better services.

If waiters continue to behave the way they do, it’ll only drive away customers. This experience has failed to live up to my expectations, a huge disappointment. Most likely will never visit this shop again 😬
